SECTION 1: PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The e-learning offer includes:

• Immediate access to the full online training program, consisting of 7 video modules:

Duration of access to the content: Unlimited access to the program as long as it is online and maintained by Malau Academy LLC.

SECTION 2: PAYMENT TERMS

• Payment is made either in one installment or according to a payment plan defined at the time of purchase.

• All payments are processed via a secure third-party provider. Malau Academy LLC declines all responsibility regarding the policies or practices of these providers.

• The payment plan is not a monthly subscription that can be canceled at any time, but a firm commitment to pay the full amount due.

• In case of default or voluntary interruption of the payment plan, the remaining balance will become immediately due.

Failing payment, a collection procedure may

be initiated.

SECTION 3: REFUND POLICY

Due to the immediate access granted to the digital content of the Program upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing the purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation that may otherwise apply under applicable consumer protection laws, to the extent permitted by law, as the Program consists of digital content delivered electronically and accessible immediately after payment. No refunds, partial refunds, exchanges, or credits will be granted for any reason, including but not limited to a change of mind, lack of time, change in personal circumstances, failure to complete the Program, dissatisfaction with the results obtained, or failure to implement the teachings provided.

SECTION 4: COPYRIGHT AND PERSONAL USE

All content of the program (videos, documents, educational materials) is protected by copyright.

You agree to:

• Use the program strictly for personal use only. Any violation will result in legal action.

SECTION 5: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Malau Academy LLC does not guarantee any specific results.

Your success depends on many factors, including your involvement, discipline, and your personal or professional context. No liability can be held in case of unmet results or financial losses.

SECTION 6: FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of force majeure (disaster, serious illness, major technical incident), Malau Academy LLC reserves the right to temporarily suspend or postpone access to

the program without compensation.

SECTION 7: UPDATES AND PROMOTIONS

Any updates or improvements to the e-learning program content will be included at no additional cost for participants.

Promotions or discounts offered after your purchase do not apply retroactively and do not entitle you to a preferential rate to access coaching or other future offers.

SECTION 8: PERSONAL DATA

We commit to never selling your personal data. However, we may share your testimonials, results, or wins as part of our marketing communication (website, social

media, newsletters, etc.). You can request their removal at any time by contacting us at support@creatyoureality.com.

SECTION 9: GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, Curry County (USA). Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curry

County. By validating your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all of these General Terms and Conditions.
